Use your finger to make yourself throw up

You won’t believe it, but drinking Coca Cola can help you vomit easily. In fact, you should consume Coca Cola that has run out of the bubbles or carbon dioxide. It should ideally make you feel sick. The best option to trigger vomiting is to supplement Coca Cola with water.
Coca Cola that has just been opened would be an exciting option to set an upset stomach right. But, if it has run out of gas, that can be yet another thing. This can help you actually upset your stomach! The high sugar content in the drink upsets you and induces a vomiting sensation.

Well, just thinking about should make you feel like vomiting. At least, that was what happened to me. Separate the white of the egg and gargle with it. That should stimulate throwing up instantly.
This should be the best method of how to make yourself throw up easily. It should let you clear the toxins from your body. The smell and taste of the raw egg in itself should be enough to get you nauseating and throw up.
This is yet another excellent option to help you throw up instantly. Mix a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. Gulp it down in one single go. You should instantly feel like vomiting.
Baking Soda has long been used for inducing vomiting. In fact, too much sodium bicarbonate has been known to induce nauseating feelings. It works in the similar way as using the salt water.
Make sure you are rejuvenating yourself after throwing up. Drinking enough water, taking a hot shower, gargling with a mouthwash and drinking rejuvenating juices should be a few options that should help you regain energy and composure. And yes, never do it repeatedly as it can have damaging effects on your body.
