1. Periodic naps will begin

The first thing I would say is start sleeping every now and then.

This is where you set the time, drink only water and eat no calories.

What I especially recommend is implementing the 16/8 sleep rule. This is where you eat your last calorie at 6pm and don’t have lunch until 10am the next day.

I find it very easy to achieve a calorie reduction of 40% or more by cutting calories this way. But care must be taken not to exhaust yourself during those 8 hours.

2. Don’t eat sugar

The main factor in weight gain is sugar intake. And you don’t just find it in processed foods, soda and candy.

While a glass of fruit juice can provide enough carbohydrates, eating too much fructose can cause a dramatic rise in blood sugar. It will be very hard for these guys to lose more than a pound a day.

I mentioned sugary foods above, but I also recommend lowering your total carbohydrate intake to lose weight fast.

Now, you don’t have to go all out with a keto diet, but once you start a calorie counting routine, eating only complex carbohydrates, rather than veggies, you should see a big change in your cycle

5. Find healthy fats

Also feel free to eat more fat in your meals. I’m not saying eat burgers and pizza, but if you get enough calories from olive oil, avocados, and fish, you can make a big difference in your goal of losing 30 pounds in 30 days

6. Train more

You will do many other exercises, which can include cardio exercises in the morning and strength training in the afternoon.
