If you are trying to sign in to your Health-A-Arizona Plus account online, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Step 1: Visit the Heaps website.
Go to the Health-A-Arizona Plus website, and then click on the Return User Signup link at the top right of the page. For help, see the screenshot below.
Step 2: Enter your username and password.
After clicking the link, a login box will appear on the page. Then, enter your username and password, complete the captcha, and click the “Login” button.
How to retrieve your Health-A-Arizona Plus username
Healthearizona If you have forgotten your Heaps user ID login information, we can help you. We will go through the following steps to recover your username.
Follow these steps:
Step 1 – Access the default login portal.
Click on the “Forgot Username” link in the Health-a-Arizona Plus login portal.
Step 2: Enter the account information.
You will be redirected to a new page where you will be asked to log in:
first name
date of birth
After entering this information, click the Next button. See the screenshot below.
Step 3: Answer the security questions.
You will then be asked to confirm your identity by answering two security questions. These were the questions when you created your account.
After entering your answers, complete the captcha and click the “Next” button.
Step 4: Access your PIN.
After completing the security questions, you will be redirected to a new page. You will be asked if you want your username and PIN sent to your email. Select your answer, then click the Next button.
Step 5: Verify your identity.
Heaplus will send you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to your account email. A PIN may also be sent to your phone if you accept text messages.
Once you receive your PIN via email or phone, enter it on the website and click Activate to verify your account.
Step 6: Enter your email to get your username.
After confirmation, your HEAplus account username will be sent to your email.
To retrieve your Health-A-Arizona Plus account username, continue by logging in to your email. You can now use it to log into your HEAplus online account and access your benefits information.
How to reset your Health-A-Arizona Plus password
Follow the instructions below if you’ve also forgotten your eHealth Arizona Plus password.
To reset your default password:
Step 1 – Visit the HEAplus website.
Go to the Healthearizona Plus website, and then click on the Return User Signup link at the top right of the page. For help, see the screenshot below.
Step 2: Enter your username.
A login box will appear on your screen. Then, enter your username and complete the captcha. Then click on the “Forgot your password” link above the password field.
Note: If you do not follow the above steps, you will not be able to reset your password. You will be redirected to the user login page.
Step 3: Answer the security questions.
Then, answer the security questions to verify your identity. These were the questions when you created your account.
After that, complete the captcha and click on the “Next” button.
Step 4: Create your password.
You will now be able to create your new Heples password. Be sure to use the provided password rules. Once you change all the red squares to green, you can complete the captcha and click the following button.
